This cake follows my usual method of a fluffehhh sponge, but instead of Vanilla it’s flavoured with freeze-dried strawberries. It’s filled with homemade strawberry jam & then coated in a strawberry cream cheese frosting! What’s not to love, it’s a strawberry lover’s dream and the perfect summer show stopper.
