Rasmalai is a milk based South-Asian dessert known for its rich, creamy texture and delicate flavors. It consists of soft, fluffehhh cheese dumplings soaked in sweetened, thickened milk flavored with cardamom and often garnished with pistachios and almonds. I’ve taken the Rasmalai dessert as inspiration for this milk cake & created a fusion recipe. The fluffehhh sponge is flavoured with cardamom and pistachios, topped with chantilly cream, more pistachios and rose petals swimming in a 3 milk mixture.
