Lemon Meringue Cake


This deliciously light and flavoursome sponge is flavoured with Lemon, filled with chantilly cream and lemon curd and topped with italian meringue. A slightly more complex one of my sandwich cake recipes & requires a few extra tools which I’ve listed below, but don’t let that put you off, it’s worth the effort and then some!
