Coffee & Walnut Cake


I’ve adapted my base cake recipe to create this deliciously light but incredibly flavoursome cake that’s perfectly paired with a cup of coffee! The classic pairing of coffee and walnut in this cake will leave you wanting more after each bite.

You can also leave out the walnuts or replace them with other nuts of choice such as pecan.
