- You will have the option to choose to paint either a mug, plate ora bowl
- All paints and brushes will be provided
- Once painted your pottery will need to be fired in the kiln and will be available for pick-up or delivery within 2 weeks of the session. Please note that delivery is not included in the ticket price, you can pay for this separately on the day (delivery across UK mainland approx. £6)
-You will have the option to collect your pottery from the café once it has been fired, the café will notify you when it’s ready to collect
Please note that this is a very loose event schedule, there are multiple factors that can affect the schedule and timings on the day so ensure you give yourself ample time to arrive and enjoy the whole day.
Please note lunch is not included, we advise you bring a packed lunch and or snacks with you
It’s Yorkshire, we can’t be sure of the weather but regardless of rain or shine we’ll proceed with the hike
We cannot cater for individual/specific dietary requirements/personal preference of flavours with bakes
Please bring cash/change for the car park
You will have the option to purchase alternative/additional drinks at your own cost from the café

Once you have signed up you will receive an e-mail which will include all the details of the event, and also a link to our WhatsApp group chat which is what we will use for all communication prior to, the day retreat and on the day
Please note that you can only purchase one ticket at a time, this is to ensure we capture all the relevant details for each participant
We understand that circumstances may change, and we appreciateyour cooperation in adhering to our cancellation and refund policy:
Partial refunds: Cancellations made before 26th March 2025 will be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a £10 administration fee
No refunds: can be issued for cancellations made on or after 26thMarch 2025
Ticket transfer: Tickets can be transferred to another person only if the host organisation (Rooji the Foodie ltd) have been informed with at least 72-hour notice prior to the event start time. Each ticket may only be transferred once. If you wish to transfer your ticket you must email info@roojithefoodie.com with the following details: full name of new attendee, full email, full home address, emergency contact name, emergency contact telephone number, allergies/dietary requirements & any existing health conditions
Please note refunds can take up to 7 working days to clear in to your account By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT HAS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR SIGN-UPS, IF THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT IS NOT MET, THE ORGANISERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE EVENT. IN SUCH INSTANCES YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND AND WILL BE INFORMED OF THE CANCELLATION AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. BY PURHCASING A TICKET, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
