Naimah Abdat is a holistic naturopath and wellness educator from Sydney, Australia. With over 13 years of experience in naturopathy, Naimah is passionate about restoring balance and well-being through natural healing. A graduate of Western Sydney University, she has furthered her studies in Traditional Tibb and Corneotherapy and is currently completing a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy, integrating spiritual, emotional and physical health into her approach.
As the founder of Mothering Care and Wellness Square Clinic, Naimah works with clients in Sydney and internationally, guiding them on their wellness journeys. She runs workshops, retreats, and training programs, empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to take charge of their health.
Naimah brings her deep expertise in Modern Naturopathy and Traditional Tibb to help participants identify imbalances, understand the healing power of food and herbs, and apply natural remedies at home. Her holistic approach makes wellness accessible, practical, and deeply transformative.
